Benito Rodriguez

Benito leads the Middletown academy and teaches across the full range of our program — complete beginners taking their first class, kids building focus, and advanced students preparing to compete.

His instruction is known for being technical and patient. He breaks movements down into pieces a student can actually feel, then builds them back up at a pace that keeps people confident instead of overwhelmed.

On the mat he focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing and MMA, but the goal is always bigger than technique: confidence, discipline, and real-world skills learned in a positive, supportive environment.
