Benito leads the Middletown academy and teaches across the full range of our program — complete beginners taking their first class, kids building focus, and advanced students preparing to compete.

Jose specializes in working with children and younger students, and it shows in how his classes run — energetic and fun, but structured enough that every child knows what is expected of them.

David leads the Clearlake academy and also coaches in Middletown, so families at either location train under the same standard of instruction.

Patient and detail-oriented, John helps adult BJJ students understand the small technical pieces behind each technique. He has experience training and competing and occasionally steps in to assist with adult classes. His calm approach makes him a great resource for students working through the fundamentals.

Griffin started training at our Hidden Valley Lake location when he was five years old and continued taking classes over Zoom during COVID. That long-term commitment has shaped him into a focused, dependable student and a thoughtful role model for younger athletes.

Dan founded Elevate Martial Arts with one goal: helping people become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. While you'll still see him around the academy every day, his primary role is coaching the coaching team, developing curriculum, and ensuring every class meets the high standards families expect.
