Where the habits stick. Tigers build attention span, self-control and a genuine technical base while still having fun on the mat. Most students train two classes a week for steady progress.

In short

Tigers is Elevate Martial Arts' program for ages 5–8. Classes run 45 minutes and combine striking and grappling fundamentals with focus, respect and self-control training tied to school and home behavior.

Training frequency: Most kids train 2 times per week; some families choose once a week. New students are generally limited to 2 classes weekly (plus makeups), with 3-day options usually opening up as they advance.

Have had my kiddo in the program for almost a year. The improvement I've seen in his focus and self control is amazing. It has really helped improve his school day too.
