Teens train inside our adult classes with coaching adapted to their stage — a real gym environment, real standards, and a healthy outlet for stress.

In short

Teens ages 13–17 at Elevate Martial Arts train in the adult class schedule with age-appropriate coaching. There is no separate teen timetable; teens attend the same classes as adults.

    Full adult warm-up, scaled as needed.

    Technique

    Same curriculum as the adult class.

    Live rounds

    Optional, paired with appropriate training partners.

    Coach touchpoint on goals and workload.
