What we collect
When you request a free class we collect the participant's name, a parent or guardian name where the participant is under 18, a mobile number, an email address, your chosen location, program and class time, and any comments you add.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to schedule and confirm your class, send required paperwork and reminders, and follow up about your experience. We do not sell personal information.
Children's information
Information about participants under 18 is provided by a parent or guardian and is used only for scheduling, safety and instruction purposes.
Service providers
Class scheduling, confirmations, waivers and reminders are processed by our academy management platform. Providers are bound to use the information only to deliver those services.
Retention
Trial request records are retained while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your privacy settings. Optional analytics, advertising and functional technologies only run after you allow them. Nothing optional loads before you choose, and we never switch optional tracking back on after you decline it.
California privacy rights
If you live in California you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of cross-context behavioral advertising.
